How the registration process works
You submit the online application form.
Your application is reviewed by the organizing team.
You will receive a confirmation* email indicating whether your participation is confirmed.
Please note that submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a confirmed spot.
Further practical information will be shared with confirmed participants.
*If the number of applications exceeds available places, priority criteria may apply.
